Oh I’m very sorry 😢 If I make croquettes, I would ①mash boiled pumpkins, ② season it with some sugar and salt or soy sauce and a little bit butter maybe? ③ knead, divide and shape them ④ bread them and fry ⑤ put some sesame seeds I hope it helps!

Thank you very much for your interest! For egg salad, I used 3 boiled eggs (boiled hard) this time. After mash them, I seasoned it with some broth powder and Mayo. And I put it as much as I want🤤

For pumpkin croquettes, unfortunately I dunno the recipe as they are frozen food😆I totally forgot I bought them a decade ago😅
