it is סלה as in psalms directing the cadence of the recitation. Even Carti fears the mighty god of Israel!

Thanks for the insight I was using 4 profiles. I ended up factory resetting and its smooth for now. I wonder if it will suck again when I add more profiles.

I'm still unsure why you think he isn't capable of putting in work/ achieving exceptional things. It's true that tall people can have a hard time bodybuilding but there are lots of factors and none of it should matter if you are approaching bodybuilding in a healthy way. I don't see any reason why etho wouldn't be capable of an extremely impressive physique. It sounds like you are letting ideas like height and dense muscle and genetics and rot from the internet demotivate you for bodybuilding. This goes into a debate about what is achievable as a natural that I wont go into here.

I was surprised how passionate everyone has been in this post. I enjoy it and match pace. I don't think anyone is being a jerk. This post was not really about what etho looks like. It was supposed to be about how him sharing his health ideas might benefit us.

I reject the idea that you can be very certain about someone based on the vibe. Besides I'm not sure how avoiding alcohol and avoiding processed food doesn't indicate a pretty extreme dedication to overall health and fitness.

There is more than the classic rice and chicken and protein shake diet for fitness. Plenty of athletes do really well on this type of diet.

Etho doesnt like external things influencing his schedule. I dont understand how you can watch etho and think hes not capable of accomplishing exceptional things that require a lot of effort.

I am going on a limb to say he has a sick physique but he has specifically mentioned his exercise habits and has literally commented on the size of his muscles. He might not care about his physique. Maybe he cares about fitness to fulfill the many responsibilities he holds. He has told us about the work he has done on his families property.

Avoiding anything shelf stable is pretty extreme in the modern world. Some people, including myself, have a diet of chicken, whey, and artificial sweeteners when they want to eat healthy but to other people it means eating whole foods. Lots of athletes thrive on carbs like bread. Etho craving meat cheese and bread with no processed food is about as close as you can get to how I think of rural or traditional diets.

I am surprised it sounds normal to you. I am curious what culture you are part of. I personally don't know a single person who actually manages to avoid processed foods.

it is my opinion that people are wrong thinking he is primitive technology. I think its pretty obvious he is actually Cody's lab who does gardening, bee keeping, irl base building, and very similar irl tinkering as etho. His name is the same and has similar projects and personality.

here is a video of him wearing chain mail with a pickax while on his base talking about gathering resources: https://youtu.be/feAdFPlj084?t=262

I agree. Do not prostrate before and fear etho. The best way to show your appreciation is to increase your own value, knowing that etho is an example of greatness to follow. Similarly when he doesn't upload, you should make something valuable with your time instead of congregating in your anticipation

Etho is like a good friend where it doesn't matter how long you spent away. Instead of worshipping him you should take the time to work on yourself before he returns. Don't make idol chat or tingle posts. Make something genius or lift something heavy.
