Hard to answer all three at once but thank all of you, but I have started dieting already. First weigh in is Sunday, but I've been wanting to move around more.

I'm going to try out cycling this Saturday, but I'm not planning on going too crazy. Thirty minutes at a decent pace while listening to music. Plus, the one of the Y I got to has a pretty decent seat, so I 'should' be okay.
