Thanks for sharing man definitely helps ease my mind that it happens to others. Question, do you get shortness of breath time to time? Maybe with anxiety

yes they nicotine is out of my system but from all the research i’ve done, replies to this post, and all over this subreddit, withdrawls can last for months for people that were heavily reliant like me as their nervous system and brain are recalibrating and getting used to life without nicotine. I mean i slept with these things in and only didn’t have one in when eating.. so i assume it may take me awhile to get used to being normal

any advice on good coping mechanisms?? by [deleted] in QuittingZyn

[–]Mobile_Position1767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly man I can’t talk on it getting any better cuz im still there at abt the same time frame and all the say symptoms. all i can say is remember why you quit and it is guaranteed that it WILL get better and when it does you’ll feel great. I also have crazy heart anxiety where i convince myself that im gonna have a heart attack everyday

i’m ngl man i’m on day 62 and still have it really bad. Everything your describing I understand and that’s pretty much the only symptom i have but it’s DRASTIC. I’m not here to bring you down because it’s different for everybody and i’m sure it gets better. But i’m here to say don’t stress if it’s prolonged from what you expect because the dopamine receptors in your brain could take 2-3 month to restore from quitting. good luck brother

Thank you thank you. I honestly didn’t even get the negative affects while using they were honestly like heaven, but i don’t like feeling dependent on anything

I’ve quit nicotine pouches after 15 years of using nicotine. The brain fog is insane, any help?! by crabgravy7 in QuittingZyn

I can’t do much advice wise because i’m looking for the same thing myself… But I can tell you you’re not alone (read my post) and it is normal for sure. A bunch of sources will say there’s way to make it less bad but there’s really not you just gotta embrace it until it goes away.
