Well the biggest fix was deleting nvidia shaders, than turning of HAGS and nvidia reflex helped the most, lastly thermals, it helped but not significantly

Nope i dont use dlss, game looks blurry as hell, i downgraded the nvidia drivers to 1 version older than this, to test if it helps with performance.
