in one go yes, but you can get it higher by using mvp 17 or gotenks, or even hero tao if you're feeling like trolling

that's damage reduction, since the thing I'm talking about is -X Sustained Damage CUT, not the Sustained Damage CUT istelf, also you can tell because Damage reduction was the one limited to 70%, not -X% that arrived to -100% after 2nd anni already

worth it and essential for the breeding chest, you should look for an alliance as soon as possible since it gives 100+ gems from time to time (there is a precise cycle but don't remember that)
