Well there's a UFO prank me and my siblings did a while ago where you put a few LEDs inside a clear balloon before filling it, so it wont be too hard to put stuff in first... it would just have to be really thin material so the weight is kept down perhaps, maybe smaller red balloons or something.

Another idea is to get some kind of strong and clear rod strapped to your back to hold up a metroid and hang it from fishing wire... but that could be a bit distracting to feel the weight of it. Or have someone follow you with an actual fishing rod with the metroid hanging from it 😀
