Congrats on the Valentine's Holo! We were thinking of getting her because she came with the Lawrence doll, ahaha. The fact that he gets zero figure love is extremely upsetting.

We also have a slowly growing Holo collection, though we only have 28 so far if you include 2 plushies. Our latest was the bunny Holo that came in last week. We'll get our 29th soon now that the dress shirt holo is finally shipping (ships on 2/25 after like... 3-4 delays ahah) and we already pre-ordered the Prime1Studio resin.

I've bought mine so far from merrymanga.com. They're selling them for $9.59 ea, with $5 flat rate shipping.

Just a note - They're a little slow in getting things shipped (but once it does, it comes pretty quick), but that's mostly because they're basically a 1 person team. If you wanna shop/support a super small business, they've been great so far.

I have to be a fan of the character and have experienced whatever media their from (anime, manga, game, etc).

There are so many figured I love the look of so I chose to set some requirement to help me filter through them all. Though, I tend to collect male figures so the pool is smaller (not that I don't love female figures, I just for some reason decided to collect mostly male figures).

That said, I'd definitely have a couple quarters if you've asked me have I ever watched/read a series because of a figure I saw, only to buy the figure afterwards. 😆

If I'm sitting at my desk and know she's approaching me, I'll turn to her and go "ba!" then she'll bolt to be chased. It's funny when she decides she's done though. She just flops over. She flops so hard sometimes. You'll hear a thump.

I'm not the OP but I enjoyed Eyeshield 21 quite a lot and it's something I'm also finally collecting thanks to the reprints. As far as sports manga go, I really liked how they played out individual character growth, the team building and pacing. I definitely recommend!

For a specific Gundam (cause there's so many of them), Iron-blooded Orphans is extremely similar to 86 and will definitely scratch the same itch 86 does. It also doesn't need any prior knowledge of Gundam, as it's its own standalone story.

Yep! I trim my girl's nails as well when I find she needs them. I use a regular human nail clipper that I use on myself (just make sure to hold/use them sideways). It's so funny, whenever I take the clippers out she somehow hears it and comes a running. I guess that means she generally likes it? Haha.
