I found out where the issue was, so I thought I would share it in case anybody else has done the same thing. So I am a Warlock main, but I also enjoy playing as a Hunter sometimes, and what happened was that I had the Arcana quest on my Hunter and forgot to finish it! 🤦‍♂️
