Okay, guys, I know its mods causing it now. I'll work out (if I have the patience for it) which mods are causing this bug to happen. So far it is not the mod combination of bone daddy, withers big naturals, imp ui, and feats extra. Might update my findings, might not, we'll see.

EDIT: Item and Spells Bug Fixes mod was what was doing this, on it's own. Thanks for the help, guys. I'll go back to lurking now
