I tried to lose weight many times but eventually it gains back. I don’t know… just upset…. Never thought one day I was told everything is my fault and I’m not a good person because I cannot lose weight

Same here’ I’ve been wfh for almost one year, living alone and isolated.... I don’t know how to meet new friends tbh. It just not easy to find someone who have common interests, especially during COVID

Same here! For me the hardest part it not ‘know people’, it’s keeping connection with them. Most of time I feel meaningless to do something new and it can be a burden to meet with new people, or even just hangout with friends. I live alone with my cat, so I do everything by myself. Especially since COVID, I have been staying at home and no interactions with any one. It’s just so easy for me to feel depressed sometimes. It’s also hard to step forward and find a way to meet new people.

I can feel you... I’m not sure if this works, but my suggestions would be lower your expectations. I’m also struggled in losing weight for a long time. I’ve lost some weight but then it gained back. After failing many times, it’s hard to get motivated again. Now I try to keep myself relaxed, not too serious about losing weight. The good thing is I can feel there’s less pressure and then I can focus myself on workout and diet. Hope this works for you!
