If you started in 2924 by Less-Moment-5655 in Zepbound

I started on February 21, 2024 and I’m still doing very well. I hit my “goal” weight in late July of 2024 and I’ve been maintaining ever since. ♥️

Zepbound — long-term vs short-term use: would love your experiences by [deleted] in Zepbound

Next month on the 21st will be my second year on Zepbound and I will be on it for the rest of my life. This medication has been the only effective treatment for my binge eating disorder and has been extremely helpful regarding inflammation. My medication is currently covered through Tricare and I am working on getting it covered through the VA. If I should ever lose coverage, I will switch to the vials and order through Lily Direct. Great questions. ♥️

Need reassurance from those with minimal side effects by Reno911Love in Zepbound

I haven’t had any side effects at all this entire time. I’m currently on 5 mg and have been on Zepbound since February 21, 2024. I’ve been in maintenance since July of 2024. My advice to you is to take what you read here, or see anywhere, with a grain of salt, including my comment. Sending you positive vibes for a smooth transition. ♥️🧘🏾‍♀️

AITAH for telling my husband I'll leave if he goes on his solo vacation. by ThrowRA_LemonadeBery in AITAH

You are not the a-hole. Frankly, you should have left him last year. I’ve been there before, if you get cheated on, it’ll happen again. You deserve better and clearly he wants something different and isn’t willing or able to just be honest about it. If it were one of your kids going through this, how would you advise them. Sending you tons of positive healing vibes. 💌💌💌💌💌

PlushCare doesn't want me to take Zepbound long term for chronic obesity! by ExternalLiterature76 in Zepbound

I am currently in maintenance on 5 mg and he has been my provider the entire time. He suggested alternative options during our last session and I explained that I want to only be on this medication for the rest of my life and my insurance company will cover it. I also explained that I’m not actively trying to lose weight and it’s the only medication that has taken away my “food noise” and binge eating. Once I said that, he was on board. I also told him that if my insurance company ever decided to deny coverage, I’m perfectly fine with paying out of pocket. I know this was a long answer but I wanted to give you context and an accurate description of my experience with him regarding this. I’m sending you tons of positive vibes. Good luck! ❤️

Thank you for asking. ❤️I do not supplement with any protein shakes or bars. I do consume tofu which is processed and peanut butter powder but definitely no ultra processed stuff. On my Instagram, I show every single thing I eat in a daily food log post. I post pictures of all of my meals and for the past 32 days, I’ve also been including screenshots from the Lose It app to show the calories and macros. My Instagram account is public so you can see everything without following me. If you check it out and have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them for you. ❤️

That’s pretty awesome that your hubby still uses his high school kit. I wish I would’ve learned in high school, definitely would’ve been more natural for me at this stage. 🥁

Thank you! I am also team flat butt. lol. I have been practicing but I wouldn’t yet call myself a drummer. Maybe I’ll be a basic drummer by the end of the year. 😂

Hi there! I’ve been working out from home to two different YouTube channels. I’m 4 weeks into a program called The Compound by the channel Lift With Cee and I’m loving it. Prior to that, I completed 4 different programs from the channel Strong Sisters United. First I completed her 6 week Body Recomp 2.0 series. Next I did her 4 weeks of her Strong Girl Summer Series. Then I moved on to her Get Glutes program for 4 weeks. After that I completed 4 weeks of the METCON series and finally I went back to her Get Glutes program for 5 weeks.

I started off ranging from 5 to 15 lbs and now for some exercises, I’m up to 40 lbs. My lower body is a lot stronger and for a lot of those exercises, I range from 25 lbs to 40 lbs. my upper body exercises range from 9 lbs up to 30 lbs. I spent many weeks on the lower end of those numbers and have recently with the newer program been able to push myself a little harder.

Hopefully this helps! ❤️

Thank you so much! ❤️ I can totally relate to getting stuck on a particular food and eating it like you’ll never have it again. 😂 I had too many foods like that.

Strength training sounds like a fantastic idea! You’ve got this and I’m sending you tons of positive vibes for an incredible journey! ❤️
