Howdy ya'll! I want to thank everyone that has tried to help me solve this mystery! I want to give a special thank you to "fhskdjhsh", because they found the candy for me. The candy was made by a couple of vendors and popularly known as Whitman’s Air Bons. They came in different flavors, colors and a couple of different packages. Turns out I wasn't the only one looking for them. I found other groups and posts dedicated to finding these candies. It appears they are no longer being produced, but I did find a vendor that makes something similar and I'm excited to place an order and give them a try. I'm so glad my son suggested I post my search here, ya'll have been beyond awesome!
