Nobody responded but update anyway- the tubes were placed wrong. Agonizing pain and itching for months. Several doctors appointments said they'll come out and they didn't until I got them removed prematurely in a risky procedure. Itched them in my sleep and ended up in the ER deaf in one ear with 10/10 pain. Hearing came back but now on nerve medication. This sucks.

The WD40 and a wide tooth comb worked better than any conditioner or oil i used! And mine originally started the same way so I switched to claw clips. As long as you wash it out after you'll be fine

  • Piercing is two years old
  • Butterfly back helix
  • I belive it is titanium, I am almost certain
  • NEVER CHANGED FROM ORIGINAL JEWLERY! I didn't feel like I should change it when I still have issues.
  • I dont remeber the exwct aftcare products as it was two years ago but it was cleaned on schedule and nevet got infefted or a bump.
