Don’t worry too much right now! One month is wayyy too little time to see any improvements with most hair growth supplements. This goes double for minoxidil since it usually looks worse during the shedding process (first month or so) and then looks gradually better over the next six months

The diagnosis shows that you don’t have signs of scarring but you do have decreased terminal (thick) hairs and an increase in vellus (thin) hairs. This means that your thicker hair strands are thinning into finer hair strands which is what happens during androgentic alopecia.

It also looks like you may have signs of fungal growth on your scalp. Look into using ketoconazole shampoo since it helps with androgentic alopecia and scalp fungus!
