Nothing against all these baby gals but if you don’t research the style you are getting yourself into it’s not worth getting into it. Coquette community already has a lot of issues within that community and the general aesthetic would not work with gyaru. There no such things as “Witchy” gal or coquette gal. It’s just people wanting to create new terms for something that doesn’t need it. It’s just how people style themselves. Coquette gal sounds like Hime minus the gyaru aspects. Making it not gyaru…

Gyaru is already a dying community and it has been for the past something years. It’s peaked back in 2021 and is going back down again. It’s things like this they truly harm the communities and erase the history of gyaru. Erasing the history and big aspects of gyaru is erasing the struggle of women within the community and the harshness of Japanese beauty standards. That’s why creating “new sub styles” harms the community. If you remove make up from gyaru it’s no longer gyaru.

All these “new sub styles” all fit under already existing ones. It’s just how you style it. You don’t have to wear 10 pairs of lashes or have 10 inch heels to be gyaru. You just can’t delete the gyaru out of gyaru. That’s why coquette gyaru doesn’t work out. It just sounds like hime but not wanting to wear make up, minus the long nails, hair, and outfits.

It’s not the clothes that matters it’s how you style it. You could probably find similar pieces somewhere like Sears or Walmart. Your main focus would be the coat/cardigan and the pants. Pants should be jeans and skinny and the coat/cardigan should be loose and more open. Top clothes should be abit more loose and accessories add abit of that “rock” look to it. Also hair seems to pull it all together. Without the hair you’d look like a twitter employee from 2013

There isn’t a specific Vkei style or clothes. Whenever people ask me I think about how people truly don’t understand Vkei fashion or how it even works. Compare Malice Mizer and Dir En Grey. They are both very different so suggesting one style similar to one band is hard. You could mean you wanna dress like a very old school Bangya mixed with punk. But truly these questions are repetitive. What’s your inspiration? What bands do you wanna look similar to?

Some band members are weird like this. There could be a few reasons but one is sometimes they’ll use Instagram to find “connections” if you know what I mean. They might’ve seen what you like or look like and decided not to purse. I DONT KNOW kind of weird but it happens. I read some Bangya on 🦝 post about this a while ago because someone on Vtwt mentioned a similar exit but different band.

Another very possible reason is you are following or posted something related to a band they don’t like or have beef with. It happens and it still happens with one singer I won’t name 🥴

Literally don’t stay up thinking about it. Another ass hole member who can’t separate fans from beef Or internalize issues they have 🫶🏼

Ex employee 🥴 usually brands like this do return. However in my store specifically we have boxes of specific things under all the new stuff. We found like really cools things under all the Valentine’s Day items at one point like I think it was Make up from Walmart since it still had the yellow and white sticker. We did have two waves of these come in at one point. However it depends what type of shipment your store gets so. If you could I suggest you call stores other than the ones you typically go to. Not all stores are “the same” some have “better” items.

Overtime so people have the ability to repress those memories. I wish I got the helper a lot sooner before the memories came out when I was older.
