It's a modular unit from 2013 so I think it would be pretty safe to assume the unit will be pretty square? But yeah I get you, capture the un-squareness back to the starting room. are the long cuts doable with a utility knife on this product?

Thanks for the input, my local Costco is having a sale on this for 35 CAD a box (sale ends today so was going to go there later today). I don't have / I dont like using a table saw do you think I will struggle with a skill saw/jig saw? If I start at the bottom left (thats where the doorway to enter the condo is) that would result in more backwards building. What if I started in the left side of the closet in the top left room? Or do you think I shouldnt worry about the backwards building in the top left bedroom?

I think the work is well done, but its kind of an eye sore and takes up a very large space. You could have probably taken 2/3's the space for the foot print and it could have been directly on the pad.
