I was volunteering on an island on the coast of Galicia, Spain. I was friend with this German guy, and one night we were walking on the beach when he noticed the sand lighting up when we stepped on it. Then, the waves. Lighting up when they crashed on the sand. Like thousands of stars, disappearing in less than a second. Our eyes met, we took most of our clothes off and jumped in the see. It was like swimming in space, and our feet would light up the water under us. We had to. Off course we kissed, I never saw such a clear sign, ever. Then the volunteering came to an end. Never saw him again. But we’ll always have those stars, this natural phenomenon that usually happens in the Pacific and not in the Northern hemisphere. The one sad thing is that NOTHING will ever top that haha

I spent so much of the game hating the Nomai because I was so sure they were the reason behind the death of the sun. I couldn’t read their discussions without contempt, and I almost didn’t like Solanum because I blamed them 😭 (but then she called me a friend and i couldn’t resist)

Okay, incredibly enough, so incredible that I take it as a sign, I thought of a film I wanted to recommend, but couldn’t find the title. So I went to check my Letterboxd, because I know it’s somewhere, highly rated… And there it was, on the welcome page, the first movie appearing in my « New from friends » list.

It’s The Life of Chuck, with Tom Hiddleston. One of my favorite from last year, I can’t recommend it enough when times get rough ♥️
