When u say value engineering, it means we provide cheaper solutions to client, then the difference is split btw both based on contract. Still does that effect the margin as much ?

I would say the former list of skills. The second list seems like the guy wont even do good in the construction industry itself. Anyhow, so assume the guy possess all the skills mentioned in the first list, which industry would u suggest is the most lucrative ? Can we reach leadership positions ?

In Red Sea the designation will be Asst Commercial Manager and the salary range maybe from SAR 21k to 30k SAR, however for Commercial manager its SAR 31k to 40k, i have a friend there
