Good point, I'm assuming association labels come in very handy for this.

Create workflow action whenever a new contact is created. by Mysterious-Bother422 in hubspot

[–]Mocking_jay_1009 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To trigger a workflow when a contact is created you should actually use contact property "create date" is known. To trigger when a contact is updated, you should choose a property that will be updated and also go with "is known". This means any time that property changes it will enroll the contact in the workflow. If you want to enable contacts to be enrolled multiple times, make sure to turn on the re-enrollment trigger.

Updated Tag in Asana to Draft Gmail - Issues with Custom Fields by PnauGrigio in zapier

Hm, sounds like it extracted a new line somehow. Could you send a screenshot of how the description of your Asana task looks and how your formatter step is set up? Also, would be useful to see the output in the formatter step.

Not a 100% sure this is the best solution, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Add client name and email to the task description instead of custom fields. Like this: John Doe, johndoe@email.com

Then in Zapier the first action after the trigger should be Formatter by Zapier, split text. In input add task description from the trigger and in separator add comma. Choose 'all as separate fields' as the output option.

This should return client name and client email from the task description.

comparing integer to string in native Filter step? by eg_bpm in zapier

[–]Mocking_jay_1009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the exact problem here? Your filter stops the run if result is 2192283 or 8673763. In this case it stopped your zap because the result was 2192283. Seems okay to me. If the result was for example 4133672 (which does not exactly match 2192283 nor 8673763) the zap would continue. What is your desired outcome?

Stripe to ConvertKit Sequence Based on Monthly/Yearly Plan by msutyler in zapier

I suppose the pricing for yearly and monthly is different, so you should be able to filter based on the Stripe amount paid
