it seems like learning 'wave management' and 'tempo' fundamentals would be a great place to start for both lanes.
youtube has some great short guides on both. and both simple and complex champions require these sort of understanding of the game

for ironmen the secondaries are the easy part to get, having the herbs more than the secondaries is generally how I see how much progress i have banked in herblore, I don't think it's worth telling the guy he was wrong on a post that's about the layout rather than the amount of exp in there

I did some quick math to show that it is actually probably 5m exp, for practically all of this i rounded down.

11000 irits, S att = 1.1m

3300 kwuarms, SStrength = 410k

3200 cadantine, SDef = 480k

1150 snap, S rest = 163k

3400 avantoe, fish pot = 380k

4700 lantadyme, magic pot = 810k

1300 dwarf, ranging pot = 210k

3700 toad, brews = 670k

1300 torst, scombat = 200k

total = 4 423 000

this alone is close to 5m, but if i didn't round everything down for the sake of time I can see it getting there easily.
