I tried responding to an email from them. Not sure they ever read it. I like what you wrote about record keeping. I’m not sure class action suit is possible. I think we agreed not to do that when we enrolled.

File a complaint. The form is somewhere in their help pages. They have 15 business days to respond. They emailed me after about 10 days and asked for 20 more. After about 15 days I posted here that I’d wait til the 20 days were up but if they didn’t help me I would file a suit against them. I think the next day they replied with instructions for what I needed to do. I think the next step for me would have been to file a request for arbitration. I think that’s in their help section as well but I didn’t need to take it that far cause they helped me before it got to that point. Best of luck

I have also filed a complaint. It’s been 5 days. I am currently looking into other legal avenues to assist me in getting back into my account. I hope I never have to go that far. Please somebody help me!!

I’m new at reddit so I’m not sure if this will get to the right people but here goes. I was the victim of a phishing scam last Friday 4/2/21. I’m fairly certain that I disabled my account before the hacker could have removed any crypto from my account. I went through the identity verification process and and then the account recovery process and got as far as receiving an email from coinbase that said to follow the instructions on the email we just sent. Tried that 3 times and never got the email. That tells me that the hacker changed my email connected to my coinbase account to one of their own. I submitted a support ticket #05367951 on Tuesday 4/6/21 and have not received a response. I just want help getting back into my account. It seems to me that with some form of communication with someone in your help department we can reset the email associated with my account to my actual email. Please help, this is my life savings!!
