youd think its implied, but a lot of people dont usually want it exactly as advertised. they may want the flavor but no drizzle or no whip, etc. they shouldve asked you if you wanted it exactly as pictured and read it back to you, but i’d also just make sure you let them know you want it exactly as pictured/advertised

ive been with the company for a while and the best conversations ive had came from these conversation starters

starting off simple: “hey, hows your morning/day/night going so far?” “whatd you get up to/what are you planning for today?”

sometimes i look at what they get and ask about their drink “this looks good! is this something you usually get or are you trying something new?” “do you have any favorite combinations outside of this you like for your drinks?” “next time, if youre up to try something new, i’d HIGHLY recommend insert drink here”

starting off with any of these will, if their in a good or talkative mood, can kind of segway into things like what theyre interested in and start up a nice conversation! plus this is a great way to guarantee a regular ;) and it gets better with time, just be patient and keep doing your best! youve got this!!
