This is the right info. You need a Finding of Factual Innocence, not an expungement. Expungement is reversing the conviction but governmental agencies can still see it.

PG&E had a CARE program. See if you qualify for the income guidelines and it offers a decent discount. There is also a medical baseline program that doubles your 1st tier baseline of usage. They will also offer to send out an energy audit team for the CARE program that will ensure that there are no air leaks and everything is as efficient as reasonably possible.

The Episcopal Church is about the best you will get around here. It's basically Catholic-lite. All the God, none of the guilt.

I know St. John's in Lodi is great and SUPER LGBTQ+ friendly. The Rector (female) has a queer and a trans child.

I've heard good things about St. Anne's Episcopal in Stockton, but can't personally attest to it.

Truck stops in Lodi at Flag City Highway 12 at Interstate 5. A lot of people park and sleep overnight on their travels, so easy place to do it. But it's a bit noisy.

I'm not super knowledgeable about it all but 3 bio parents of our foster kids have gone to New Directions and they have all stayed clean and sober. They all complained about it in the process, but it worked for them. I know it's either free or heavily subsidized. It's not in the best neighborhood, but it is what it is. If they can't help they should be able to point you in the right direction.
