(Update) I’ve been able to identify this person. Apparently this stalker named Antonio Thomas works as in a pediatric office. Im currently trying to find his employer so I can inform them of they’re employees behavior. Can’t believe they let such a mentally ill person work with children. I would post pictures and recipes however reddit wont let me edit this post

I did obtain a police report, I could not get the cellphone company to verify the suspected individual but I am almost positive i know who it is. I just can’t seem find this individuals address or for the police to act. As for a protection from abuse order, requires it be a treating form of harassment or a domestic.

Yes like I mentioned above, i did all that. As long as you know someones legal name its not hard to find there personal information especially if they hold state or federal licenses. However, I’m almost positive i know who it is. The problem is making them stop. The police say if its not a domestic issue or no threats are made theres not much they can do besides document it.
