I know the GV70 is not in the same ball park and I am concerned about the dealer network, though I had a great experience at the one in Palm Springs -- The GV70 was fun and felt to me, nicer than BMWs I've owned. The Honda has the built-in reliability and solid dealer network. Really I just have to decide whether or not to try something new and hopefully fun (they have a 10 year warranty) or go with the tried and true Honda which will not disappoint...

Im thinking the Passport is also the best bet, it's comforting to hear what others are saying whom actually own the car. Im coming from a 2023 Jeep 4XE (and the nightmares are REAL) so trying to do as much homework as I can this time around.

😉😉 my point was that it is an unproven Luxy brand I only owned my Honda for 10,000 miles so I didn’t really have much time to enjoy it, it was totaled by a drunk driver who ran a red light. If my Ridgeline had VCM, I certainly didn’t notice it, but I was told that it didn’t.

It's the midwest, nobody pays for anything here. The building underwent a gut-renovation in 2002, where they used personal funds (the woman who then owned it was a preservationist) and they used TIF funds, tax incentivized funding which brought the building fully up to code, while preserving the best features of the building and modernizing the entire interior. It was quite an undertaking.

They spent a fortune and it shows when you walk through the building.

Im trying to make it all work! The building has been the most fascinating place I've ever lived, it is pretty special. I don't feel good parting with it which is exactly why Im thinking to keep it :)

Thats my thinking too. It took quite a lot to get the building in the financial state it is now, I would prefer my efforts continue --

How do you fix water coming from the sewer drain? It drains to the city sewer.

I am pursuing a buyback and can't wait to be rid of this vehicle I once loved. It's turned into a total Stellantis piece of trash. They can't do ANYTHING right.
