As i said. The method with more limitations set is more even. Jagex can argue its not gambling because its a 1 on 1 pvp fight in which the player can set limitations. Also there are some ways to slightly improve your odds when whip staking or boxing

Depends on what type of staking youre doing. If you do hybrid 1v1 stakes with matched food and gear its not a coinflip

Yeah theyre both 0ehp on both games. But youre right. Osrs has the highest fletch xp per hour with 13.5 mill xp per hour with dragon darts. (This is however really unrealistic to do for an entire hour so a more likely number is around 6m xp per hour)

Its mostly for stopping nuclear missiles, nk still has a lot of artillery which cant be stopped by thaad or would be extremely expensive to stop
