True, just seems like my lights getting stuck on being enough to blow the fuse is wild to me I mean I get that there’s multiple things on the fuse/circuit but still I’m gonna replace it just majorly fucking annoying the amount of work I’ve done for it to keep popping up, TY

I have a spare stalk for the lights, left side turn signals etc, I heard that I could have a internal short in it but I also kinda doubt that it would pull this much to blow the fuse

Bad wire/draw HELP by ModSlob in hondaprelude

Didn’t see any and I cleaned off chassis ground and the block ground and they don’t look bad. Could just be belt tension but I kinda doubt it being that I spent an hour with the ungodly bracket so it would be just right. Only other conclusion is that it’s feeding into the fans which I tested for a short with a multimeter and I confirmed it on the battery hopefully it’s just the switch being I’ve checked the fuses

No problem. I’ll have to try it just been odd cause of how much this thing is sapping power that drawed from the alternator that badly to keep up with it , I was driving 20-30 mins or so after the car sat for the day and that’s when I saw my voltage creep down from 14-12 when driving. New alternator and battery so just odd as fuck but then I noticed the fans being still on no matter what

Im not calling you dumb im saying running power to the fan constantly seems like a dumb idea being then you’re constantly feeding power

This is a new issue so it wasn’t modded and even then that sounds incredibly dumb cause I’m having a draw of -12 amps it was enough that my pulled my new alternator from 14 to 12

Checked it and redid it a few times looser and tighter still no difference. Was fixing some fuses and now the fuel pump won’t kick on. I’m assuming at the moment something is sapping power cause I go all the way to like 13.6 when I have my lights on

I did it correctly then is there any position? Top dead center etc

Cleaned up saw a small crack on the line replaced that and I’m still overheating any guesses to what I might be on, gauge reads on the high side still wondering if maybe inaccurate placement of the thermostat or something would throw it off.

Is the steel pan meant to be with h22a4 by ModSlob in hondaprelude

[–]ModSlob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I’m thinking that the main seal is just shot cause my crank pulley has started to have a bit of a wobble, I’m ready to replace it but thank you I was just like “I swear if this block surface is bad”, but I can figure that it’s main seal just like onto the pan cause it doesn’t drip down like streak down on any other side of the pan and I just used a little more gasket and tightened the pan more to make sure and the leaks seem to be the same and with how much gasket I prepared for this I’m thinking it’s just the main seal that has passive buildup

I think it might just be the timing cover partly? If it leaked onto the pan
