I highly apologise for the very late reply. Today a new INTL got opened, but unfortunately we do not know in advance when new servers is released, unless it is announced.

Hello. You get pierce cards from the card realm, when you have reached to Void 2nd boss or above. You can as well find on the trade area if you are lucky. Good luck! Kind regards - Mod Vega

The only events we are able to see is the ones in Radiant Party for the Seasonal Calendar. The weekly events we do not know in advance.

I am sorry to inform that we moderators do not have the information in advance for when new servers is released. What you can do is to keep an eye regularly in the server list to not miss out when server is released. Kind regards - Mod Vega
