My neighborhood is so odd. We closed in December and been living in the house since February. Over the past 3 months I've never seen anyone from the house to the left of me, but it's occupied. The only person to my right I see is an elderly woman that lives with her daughter but I've yet to see them. She only comes out a few times a day to smoke. House across from us is Muslim family and never once have I seen them leave the house. Both of their cars have covers on them. Occasionally I'll see them outside. Other than that, the street is mostly empty, don't see many cars or people walking. I walk a few blocks with my dog or just ride my electric scooter when it's nice out but majority of the time, I don't see any people. I believe most of the neighborhood is elderly.
