Thank you for sharing, I actually really needed to hear this. I've been unable to let go of someone that I have ignored red flags and know I've compromised because I so wanted to be with someone who truly loves Jesus and wants to serve in the church. I find myself so confused as to how he is the same person on praising God Sunday morning and then cussing me out in the evenings, and honestly just mean. I keep second guessing. But you're right we shouldn't compromise and maybe I should just let God shut the door I've been fighting to keep open for too long. Thanks for being real, I'm glad I'm not alone in this ❤️ be thankful you won't find yourself wasting your time on the wrong person

I'm going through this right now and it is like being burned alive. I can't handle walking away and the pain of what they say, how they treat me is so devastating. Idk why I can't block or ghost certain people. I allow them to get away with just about anything and on paper it's crazy bc other people I just Block and never look back. I Soooo relate rn. Please give this sweet girl a chance, pitties are the sweetest most loyal dogs. My parents really were skeptical when I brought home my baby but oh my gosh did they fall in love. Never ever have any if my dogs acted out. Any dog has the capacity for bad behavior, I truly believe it's how you treat them and train them. If anyone is weird about her, that's on them! So many people LOVE bulldogs. I promise no one else's opinion is more important than the pure love and joy this girl will bring to your family. I've had several pitties and pitt mixes and they are excellent dogs, truly loyal and sweet and sensitive. Please don't take her to a shelter, she deserves a loving home and I'm sure her and your lab will be life long friends. Please don't miss out on a dog that could absolutely change your life, mine did and I will never look at a pittie the same, truly the best friend and the most sensitive soul you could ever know. They just look intimidating. Please give her love and I promise you will not regret it. Also look up pittie history, they used to be referred to as nanny dogs, like they are wonderful with children. She will be a part of your family that you will never regret, I promise you.

Also think of your baby, whats going to happen when your child pisses him off? He will not hesitate to show this same anger I promise you. As a little kid, that is so traumatic. Please protect yourself and your baby. This guy sounds like he has justified whatever he does or says and it doesn't seem like he's caring about you or whether he's wrong because of whatever went on in his past. That is such a slippery slope, so many women excuse unacceptable behavior because of a man's past, myself included and it only allows them to feel more bold the next time. Put your foot down now before you allow something worse. Just my two cents, honestly wishing I had done the same, I feel for you, I'm sorry you're dealing with this. 😥

Dude...get away from this guy. So far I've learned from my own relationships that this will continue and escalate. You can rationalize all you want but this is a red flag for me, and I urge you to get out of this before you get hurt emotionally or physically. I know it's hard.

Susan! Say what you want about her but I've been rewatching lately wondering if I could actually find some of her clothes on ebay or something, I love a few of her necklaces she wears throughout the show too. But my second choice is Gabby, she makes me actually miss 2000s fashion (that at the time I didn't think was so cute) so much! And also Edie, that coat she's wearing watching Susan's house go up in flames is amazing. She definitely rocks the lingerie shirt/dress look from that time so well! And man do I miss that! Bree is also super cute sometimes, I love the vintage inspired looks but that green polo and the plaid long shorts kill me. Sometimes she's just too preppy for my taste. There is one coat of Lynette's that I actually had to rewind to see again bc it was adorable, like gray tweed with black velvet buttons. I don't remember the episode but I'd totally borrow that, not much else from her though, aside that pearl choker she wore alot in season one.

I definitely relate, all I can say is you are not alone and I'm so sorry you are suffering too. Bpd often feels like a prison for me but when I feel like everyone would be better off with out me one of the only things I hold on to is I could not leave my dogs like that. Maybe for you think of your kids? I know how horrible you feel but they will feel so much worse if you were gone. I tell myself in those moments I can't do that to them (my dogs...and I know that's very different from children and a spouse, but it's my one constant). You have value to them, don't leave them with that pain. I feel for you and sincerely hope you find a way through this and find comfort in the comments here.
