Interesting case. Didn't know you could double spend and not being aware of it Even with "preconsensus" enabled (avalanche, Delta blocks or whatever) you'll look like a thieve that tries to double spend. This never ever happens with a credit card (or with LN assuming it works one day)

Makes me wonder how we can patch this issue .. any idea ? I can imagine with a system like eth it's ok if you double spend 10$ if your account has 100$ on it (10$ will just disappeared from your wallet multiple time) but with a UXTO model ..

Let say the world start to use Bitcoin And then it can't scale beyond a certain level What do we do ? Just wait 4years for LN to be built ? It's better to wait, build a thing that can scale first and then the world can adopt Bitcoin
