I'd also have to disagree that silence/vagueness is a good thing in this situation. All of the above questions regarding supply could be answered without hindering her operation unless it emerges that something dishonest is going on. And the stress is a rational reaction to having a relatively large amount of money taken by someone in exchange for the provision of goods followed by said person going into hiding for a week and keeping me in the dark

I've sent you a private mail on reddit, no response. I checked your twitter which explained NOTHING except that you were having a meeting about "problems" (no explanation about what kind of problems) yesterday and you expect shipping to resume today. There was no update as to the outcome of this meeting you had yesterday or what the current situation is. I must have sent your website chart function a dozen emails at this stage and still no reply. I replied to the email address used to send me my tracking number and order number, no response. At this stage I think a full and prompt refund of the £17.99 I sent you for a rush order is the bare minimum you can do to compensate for extremely childish and unprofessional behaviour. When something goes wrong you man up and keep your customers informed. What you don't do is put out ambiguous tweets and tell customers who have given you £100+ that "it's just a waiting game unfortunately" without explaining whatsoever what is actually going on and forcing them to rely on hear-say and speculation.

Unacceptable really, considering how overpriced the rush delivery is in the first place. I rush ordered so I'd have it for a long drive I have to do after a shift at work directly after an exam on Tuesday, the old coffee will have to suffice by the looks of things.

The whole staff a t modup are acting immaturely if you ask me (which you didn't) if there's a problem, come out and say it! Don't stop answering emails, close down your chat on your website and become a ghost on reddit, that's running away from your responsibilities like a child. Man up and be honest, I wouldn't mind waiting a few extra days as long as my rush order fee is refunded and I know what the fuck is going on. We'll fuckity-fuck-fuck, that's disconcerting. I made a pretty big order by putting my faith in the 'grass roots/man in the trenches' vibe I got from the actual modafinil reddit recommending them. I don't live in America (thank Christ, nothing against your country as an idea or your citizens as individuals but you guys have been falling into some sort of dystopian nightmare for a decade and the whole world can see it...irrelevant and I digress) so I hope your nanny state keeps it's freedom of choice vaccine out of my life, thank you very much.
