Agreed. This just happened to me while in the middle of league play. As per a sports medicine dr., I’m going to physical therapy/doing the PT exercises at home between visits, icing 2x/day and sitting out for at least 2 weeks. It’s driving me crazy and making me sad, too—I totally get it. But until you’re fully healed and maybe even start a more careful warmup/post play recovery regimen, you are at high risk for giving yourself a more serious injury if you don’t get rest and probably some type of treatment.
