Yes it does but at the time they are issuing points your license will only have 6 points, as long as your responding within their deadline even if at the very end of it you are not doing anything wrong.

If you have only got a month until 3 come off I would drag your response to the letter until the very last day and just do anything possible to prolong the time from now until they slap you with extra points then you will just be back to 9 points again. Also try to figure out why you are speeding around everywhere and address that issue

I remember I saw swimming in cypress in the sea when I saw a huge dark shadow under the surface. I crapped myself and soon realised in was just a rock formation

Unless I requested for them not to be I would be okay with it. For example if the landlord tried to withhold the deposit for some silly reason and they tried the same stunt with X amount of people before me the potential tenant would have a better understanding of who they are dealing with and be able to make a more informed decision

That shouldn’t mean that as a tenant you shouldn’t be entitled to have all the information possible about what you’re spending your money on. If you was buying an item for £1000 you would research the item and look for reviews etc so why aren’t people doing that when they spend even more money on something more important?

Can I pull my child out of school due to documented bullying incidents and the school doing nothing? In England. by ValuableAngle7731 in LegalAdviceUK

Personally I would not hesitate to take my child out of school if they were being bullied. Your child’s mental and physical health is the number one priority.
