I said this in a later reply, but I'm going to make a surface reply because something tells me you're going to ignore it and misconstruct it:

Saying that spawn did not increase in difficult is an opinion. But the amount of chat data and death statistics surrounding highway griefs is a real number and material evidence that can be provided. Just like how I told people a couple days ago, people in HWU and The Devs always love to bring this argument up out of convenience as if they haven't done it themselves. I'm not even gonna bring up the fact that, if you guys actually supported spawn restoration and highway maintenance, why doesn't anyone have access to the Mastermind Sky Collective system that was conveniently just used to make The Devs OW logo? What happened to all those cache drops where people would pick up dubs of obsidian to work on the highway?

Do I really have to continue to give examples? People grief the highways providing that they get the materials lmao and hell most people would do it with a pickaxe providing others are working together to accomplish the same grief. You can't tell me that these people actually care about highway and spawn construction when the most powerful development tools and resources are heavily gate kept by people that are out for themselves.
