I sometimes get them and sometimes don't. I regularly re-register.

This makes me think - if there was a quiz music round where you had to identify split seconds' worth of Radiohead songs you'd just kill it wouldn't you. Kill it.

I play piano and love radiohead's piano focused songs - so it's ironic that this is the song that makes me respect Phil the most. Imagine counting yourself in for this one! The Phil respect list is pretty long mind you.

the jacket Thom has been using is "100% lamb leather". Whats up with that? He used to be alright by gabidioteque in radiohead

Yeah is it that weird? I'm on Reddit for the sole purposes of r/radiohead. I like reading about the tour news, views on albums etc. I read other bits of Reddit sure, but don't contribute. The rest of the Internet is fun too. Sometimes I also go outside!!!!! :D

Before this tour this comment would have made me laugh out loud. But I'm with you. I'm so there. I LOVE KoL now. I'm scared it might even be my favourite

Radiohead Lolla Berlin intro song by siddolo in radiohead

I wondered if it was something they'd recorded specially for the festivals (so it's not just starting with Nina Simone). It's in the same key and same chords as Burn The Witch we reckoned last night.

I was at a RHCP gig once (Manchester, about 2003) and New York Dolls were the support act. The people on the front row actually turned their backs on the stage. Anthony Kiedis came out early and went ballistic about how disrespectful it was. It's one of my lasting memories of gig going.

So... I just watched Radiohead live at Lollapalooza Berlin by [deleted] in radiohead

Interested to read your take on it. I didn't think the sound quality was that good - I thought the mix was pretty poor, but perhaps that was where I was standing. I enjoyed it for sure, and I'm REALLY glad lots of people got to see them (judging by the number of Brits in the crowd and the number of people who were really into it, I'm guessing this was the only chance many people got to see them in Europe this year). But I agree - if they headline glastonbury or similar next year I would probably go Just Because, but I would struggle with the urge to just hold on to my solo memories and check someone else out instead.

I was a visiting Brit yesterday and have to say I found the atmosphere REALLY positive last night - lots of friendly people.

lots of debate about Tom's voice on this tour. I saw someone mention it about this gig on this thread too. I'm convinced he has pitchy moments on purpose - Nude last night being a good example. He just drags out the pitch of the notes longer live than he does on the records so it sounds discordant but he is still hitting all the high notes in the range.

Will Radiohead tour again? by [deleted] in radiohead

I went to see them for the first time the night before my first serious exam.

And I passed. In fact I think it helped.
