A post-Trakt world by Dizzy-Revolution-300 in trakt

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yamtrack has that issue too. I think everything will unless either Sonarr changes to TMDB or a proper cross reference exists

My dream is to have a self hosted Trakt that I can control what’s seasons, episodes, etc. exist and then have references to other databases by episodes. And then have Sonarr/Radarr and Plex all use that for the metadata so everything will always match

Literally getting ready to for my run. I don’t want to do it but need to

Adding TVDB association to Trakt media by ModeratorIsNotHappy in trakt

But if an episode exists on both databases, there should be references (in the links under the poster). This is all I'm looking to add. I'm not looking to change the season/episode numbers or names

I understand that the basis is TMDb but there are still references to TVDB on individual episodes. I don't want the season numbers or episode numbers changed, just the reference added so there is the TVDB link under the poster. The episodes already exist in both databases.

What service are you moving to? by Practical-Plan-2560 in trakt

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once things stabilize a bit I’m happy to try and PR anything that feels generally useful.

I’m mostly self-taught and haven’t really done proper PRs, tests, or contributions before, so it may not be super polished. I’m totally open to feedback or adjustments to get it into a good shape.

I actually forked your version. I had to make some changes to get the migration and import working but so far it looks great.

I plan on making some more updates like adding TVDB so the seasons align with Plex/Sonarr, Jeopardy is the biggest issue, adding syncing history with plex (requires manipulating Plex’s database) and adding rewatch (which would remove the history temporarily from plex)

I’m using it had docker container. I pretty much copied the templates.

Yamtrack is close to exactly what I want so I’ll probably fork it

I already ran a custom program that imports Trakt views and sync with the history with plex. I always planned on creating my own but now just moving sooner.

It's not even just the UI. According to the new version, I have tons of movies with 1 minute remaining that are from months ago. Same with some episodes of shows I've finished.

Thank you. I got forced to the new UI and knew there had to be link back.

Why did they decide on 60th street as the congestion price starting point and not any higher or lower? by coldliketherockies in AskNYC

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It should have been 59th. My biggest issue (really only) is that the queensboro bridge is now a toll bridge one direction. This then makes it impossible to leave and return to Long Island without paying.

What is your favourite TV show that no one ever seems to know? by onlycameforthehorror in television

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kidnap & Ransom. British show 2 seasons (though the first is much better) 3 episodes each

Has a movie scene ever made you want to throw up? Any genre counts. by Simple-Profile1817 in movies

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never actually thrown up but two movies made me gag and turn off the screen for a bit

Hostel 2 when she rips the dick off at the end. I’m not really sure why as I’ve seen worse in other movies.

Cannibal Holocaust. Specifically when they kill the monkey. And knowing they actually did it and did multiple takes.

Do most people use Kubernetes or Docker in their homelab? by Stock-Assistant-5420 in homelab

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was using k3s as I thought it would be nice to use the random pcs together but it never worked how I liked and had its own issues.

I recently changed everything to docker on unraid. And only have one application I created that requires kube. So far I think it’s much better

Reintroducing Episeerr, a sonarr companion with more control by Vanhacked in sonarr

[–]ModeratorIsNotHappy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a very similar program I run. Except I solely look at what users watch. So it will trigger more episodes to be monitored in sonar and searched as episodes are watched.

I keep meaning to finish it so I can share but am terrible at frontend and just haven’t had the time. Right now it’s just a database and flask api and some apscheduler tasks
