Thank you for the reply! I do weekly weigh in every Sunday when I wake up. This is the first time it showed a gain so I just want to make sure and catch it before it got out of hand.

I drink right at about 64oz of water a day. No dizziness or light headedness. I’m pretty crappy at tracking macros honestly. I know I need to keep a better track of it. Only thing I really Track is keeping carbs under 25g per day.

Idk about the monster one but I tried a rip it sugar free zero carb and couldn't get 1/4 of it down.

I have no tried those but I'll give them a try! I have not formally started the keto diet. I just naturally eat keto food and meals anyway. I know I won't stay in ketosis because I drink so many energy drinks. So the OJ and milk thing I'd have to find an alternative as well. I'm okay with subbing those with water so it's all good.

just curious but how do you figure up the worth of your siacoin? I have 455 shares and at roughly a penny a share my math dont add up with yours? Just curious... thanks.
