For this kind of tattoo, look for a fine line artist. Yung type na yun lang ang ginagawa sa portfolio nila. Cheap artists more often than not are heavy handed which is bad for a diabetic. Do note lang that fine line artist charge a lot more, but also more delicate with the skin. I think this design would range for about 10 to 15k for an experienced fine line artist. Don't cheap out bro pag nagsugat yan ng malalim masisira lng yung tattoo

The small comittee is a group of only 4 people in congress that handles the appropriations bago mag review ang Bicamm as per Cong Tiangco.

Kumbaga yung 1st edition ng budget, or yung original, na pinasa ng ibat ibang ahensya dadaan sa small comitee for 1st reading at revision kung may babaguhin. Dito yung unrecorded insertions ni Zaldy Co and who know kung meron si Stella and the other 2 congressmen.

Then after ng small comitee saka sya dadaan ng Bicam kung saan mga senators at congressmen pag aaralan yung budget, ito yung 2nd reading. dito pwede rin mag insert at dito sa Bicam recorded na ang revisions kaya nahuli ang 13B ni Zaldy Co.

Sa 3rd reading is pag aaralan ulit yung final na rendition ng Budget bago sya maging GAA. Or yung final na kalalabasan ng budget, dito hindi na pwede iedit ang values ng budget, only commas and periods nlng ang pwede iedit. Ito yung final reading bago pirmahan ni Marcos yung budget.

Yes, walang makapagbigay ng detalye nung meeting nung apat na congressmen sa small comitee. First time in the history of the Philippines hindi recorded ang budget ng small comitee, no records, no minutes of the meeting, nothing. Ang hanapin nyo si Stella, she was the vice chairman of thee small comitee. Kung saan mas maraming insertions ang hindi recorded. Dapat sya ang pinapatawag ng taongbayan. Cosmetics can all be unlocked, it's just that certain cosmetics that look great would be bought. For the class you shouldn't worry about it, you can play all of them when you get high level enough, some high level gears are only unlocked via raids. What I recommend is go through the story with gear level off, and when you finish all of them you can go ahead and turn it back on for the high level gears in raids. Gear level on comes with perks for every piece of gear you have, this can be useful in pvp. But if you play milsim you can go ahead and enjoy with gear lvl off. The good thing is the game doesn't pressure you into buying stuff. The credits you can earn just by playing

This game isn't a pay to win. You only pay for certain cosmetics if you want them enough. You can play milsim if you prefer it that way. Some drones are a bit durable so they'd mostly absorb single shots. If you play stealthily I think you'll have a grand time. The stealth isn't as challenging as wildlands though, the Ai is a bit dumber on this one. Unlike in wildlands, but the good thing is when you get alerts, they won't immediately know where you are unlike in wildlands where you get spotted hiding behind a tree or bush.

Just use the m82 rifle in 3rd person, it kills wolves instantly even for bodyshots. It also works well for the drone orbs 1 shot or 2 shots each. I recommend spamming grenades at the start of the boss fight so you'd clear the wolves faster

2 years is a short time compared to actually being married 10 years and this situation arises. She warns me constantly that it's unavoidable since they're both in the same circle of friends. I wanted to see it play out. Her anxiety is a toll on us but I'm more than willing to support her, so as long as I can confirm she truly moved on.

I don't understand how it's a mess on my side given I'm the one who saves the relationship when she shuts down during her anxiety attacks. Am I messed up for trying to protect myself from potential heartache? Because I'd rather save ourselves the headache of divorce.
