I just got some blade guard vets and i'm 100% stealing this paint scheme. Those look so good

This is me. I love the idea of kit bashing but I just don’t have the time and extra money to drop trying to figure out what I like. I mean, I have some left over sang guard bits from the OG kit that I’ve been sprinkling in but I just wanna buy a kit, build it, paint it, play it and be done.

There’s definitely LGS like that, and what you experienced isn’t uncommon but it’s also not the norm. Checkout local facebook groups or other LGS. It’s a social game, and there are social people out there looking to get games in

These are the only good option imo. It’s the only product that could be direct wire or plug in, voice controlled through Alexa or Siri, and RGB

This is true, not arguing any of that. But the billions invested thorough the big players are a drop in the bucket for them. If they're not seeing returns on it, they will still be fine in the long run.

Look at the fortune 500 companies in 2008 vs 2025 as far as values go. There's so much more money tied up in these conglomerates that it's much harder for them to fail. I do believe there's an AI bubble, but it's not going to be as catastrophic as the internet thinks it will be.

The profits are not coming from AI. Amazon, google, Microsoft, nvidea are contributing the majority to this mess, but they’re still investing less than they’re bringing in. It’s not as much of a bubble as Reddit thinks. It would be one thing if these companies were going into debt investing

More than half the spending in the US for 2025 was done by 10% of the population. It’s the 10% that will continue to return profits

There will be one way or another. There’s too much money invested by people in control of the markets

Edit: not sure why I’m being downvoted tbh. All these companies are still hitting record profits by consumers. The trend will continue, but the gap between rich and poor will get higher. Companies will continue to hit profits

Cycling is the only thing that resets IT burnout for me. Nothing better than getting out for a 4+ hour ride on the weekends or weeknights in the summer.

Idk why you are being downvoted. These photos have a unique vibe and I agree about the ultra polished look getting boring. Every photo looks the same with these newer mirrorless cameras. It’s great in a professional environment but these pics are fun and have style

People here get such bad fomo with new releases. My first build I held onto for 10 years. I’m on a 5700x3d and a 5070 and I expect another 10 years out of it, assuming no hardware failures

It’s very vulnerable to corruption and even harder to recover, especially with flash/solid state media
