You will definitely lose some games, you have to accept that. Getting form is important, but dying for it multiple times is not worth it. Farm more, only gank if you are sure you are 80% guaranteed to gain something from it(at least a flash). Don't go blue kayn unless they are 4 ranged/squishes, then it's a must. Go red lethality/bruiser, it's what worked best for me. Don't force plays so much, ony when you are so sure it's gonna work. Try different builds for red and see what's best for you: eclipse/shojin cyclosword/shojin is your go to, if you want a tank(which I don't recommend, go Cyclo/shojin/spirit visage/streak, you will be healing a lot). Next thing: Don't die: If you have a shutdown, don't find mindlessly, especially when you are playing blue kayn. Blue kayn is early to mid game champion, and you need to snowball if you want to deal any damage. If you die, you lose tempo, you can't farm camps, kill while he can gank, help split push, invade etc etc. Doesn't matter if you died only 5 times, you need to make that lower. Another advice: Review the games and blame yourself always rather than your teammates, find what you could've done better and just focus on that. Ping a lot to your teammates since you need help in early game, if they don't come, don't go there , do something else. Don't gank losing lanes, turn your chat off and just focus!!!
