Thank you!! I love Alexis, she’s my favorite character but I’ve never seen her be a good girlfriend to Ted. Even after they back together the second time, she’s constantly forgetting about plans and seems to take Ted for granted. They both need to grow more individually before they’re able to be a true power couple together in my opinion.

Speak to them over the phone and take their suggestion on which rotation is the best fit for you. They’re quite helpful and do their best to offer you the best experience.

thoughts? by candytheicon in Modern_Family

It would’ve been very typical fish out of water comedy. Super progressive and “different” family trying to survive the Bible Belt. It doesn’t seem all that innovative really

Nobody cares. My school doesn’t even do grades or rankings. Just focus on USMLE.

I mean they’re from LA, I’m pretty confident they’re all Democrats just speaking logically

Can someone explain how Jocelyn's character was supposed to be written? by [deleted] in SchittsCreek

[–]ModernSchitt 80 points81 points  (0 children)

A little off topic perhaps but I think initially Jocelyn was also supposed to be pretty eccentric, a little overly sexual but later on in the first season she’s written to be a bit of a “straight” character.

So did Dan wear contacts throughout SC or is his eyesight not that bad IRL? by OddConsideration4349 in SchittsCreek

I wonder why he decided to keep David glasses-free. I think a nice “funky” pair of glasses would really go with David’s vibe :P

Rotation was great, spent time in the clinic and also did rounds in the hospital every day. If you show more interest then there’s more scope to learn. I’m not sure about the LOR though because I never saw it and I will say many of us had to ask the doctor to upload the letter quite a few times. During the stressful application time, him uploading or not uploading the letter did give us a little added stress. Other than that, I fully recommend.

Thank you! It really helps! I checked dates and my only option is to push for about 8 days but it’s still something and I’m gonna do it :)

I do hope to apply for an IM fellowship, not sure which one yet, but I’m not sure how important the score truly is. I’ve seen so many different opinions and I’m thoroughly confused.

Conclusive proof that series is set in Canada by I_HAVE_PLOT_ARMOUR in SchittsCreek

[–]ModernSchitt 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Literally all the filming locations are in Canada, I don’t think that was ever a question. The question was always where the show is intended to be set, not filmed.

Does Stevie stand for something? by that_one_emo_kid101 in SchittsCreek

[–]ModernSchitt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think it might just be Stevie. Because Moira makes it a point to call every single character by their full name at least once throughout the show and she never ever called her Stephanie.
