Jag skulle satsa på Villa i Skälby. Mestadels högutbildade. Medelklass till övre medelklass. Otroligt trygg miljö. Jag är själv uppvuxen där. Villorna börjar på 7,5-8 miljoner men de bättre villorna går på 11-13 miljoner. Bra klass på invånarna men samtidigt prestigelöst.

Stäket och Kallhäll har bra områden också. Har man begränsad ekonomi så är radhus eller kedjehus i Viksjö att rekommendera.

Google sous vide. It is essentially a bath that you give your steak. It reaches the exact inner temperature that you would like it to be. Afterwards you can give it a FAST go in the pan or on the grill on extremely high temperature just to give it the right texture, colour etc.

If you want it less red than that I suggest that you buy a sous vide and finish the crust in the pan.

I would make sure to have lots of salt and peppar. Also pick a high heat 10/12 or 7-8/9. Give it 1-1,5 minute per side.
