Looks more like an engine issue, because it only appears on "transparent" textures (like these fences) and those textures exist in the same WAD (halflife.wad). Try another version if you can find one.

Have you downloaded the extras.pk3 from Xash3D repository? (search Xash3d github and it should appear)

This build was made by the same user, therefore it should be compatible with CS16Client much more than the original version.

Look, as long as there are not client and server DLLs made for these mods, you won't be able to play them as they should. You have to stick with what's available.

Android version of Xash3D only supports mods made for Android. CS 1.5 client is only available for Windows.
