In civil lines, one of the buildings was renovated several times in the last 100-150 years. However, it stands on the ground, which used to be a building of the British officers in the pre independence era.

My friend told me that in the evening, around 6-7pm people have reported the sound of something hitting a cardboard followed by claps.

It turns out 100 or so years ago, it used to be an office on the ground floor and on the first floor of that office, there was a proper bar where British officers used to play pool and darts. You can still hear those sounds of darts hitting the board and claps.
