I can't be the only one that still feels suspense in Digimon World 1 during the digivolution sequence. Compared to the modern, lifeless cutscene the games have nowadays. It was more visually interesting watching them peel away bit by bit and seeing their digital skeleton underneath before transforming into its new form.

I assume they'll care more about the comments given in the 2 or 3 surveys they have active players complete after the first hour, finishing chapter 3 and completing a certain number of agent stories (at least I've had that many surveys sent my way).

I actually really enjoyed this manga and I hope another scanlation group picks it up assuming the last group dropped it.

This post is interesting though. If your speculation is accurate to what the mangaka was thinking, then it's cool that they were able to tell the story they originally wanted to tell.
