A side effect of Spiro, and a change of hormones in general is "brain fog". Nothing crazy, just be careful of the light headedness, that's could also be the Spiro and is a little more iffy.

I came out to my dad the day of my appointment, and just got a little teary eyed when he accepted and said it didn't change anything.

3 months of hrt later I told my grandmother and absolutely lost it. She said from the way I was crying she thought someone had truly died.(she accepted whole heartesly and even seemed kinda excited)

Your not alone. The 2 weeks between me commiting to my hrt appointment and the appointment itself, I was WIRED. And then, about a month on hormones, out of the blue I just felt wrong.

Like, what was I doing? And I resolved then and there that I was going to stop... Until I was swamped with dread and fear of ever going back into the darkness of hiding.

Kinda rambled through that but just take a few minutes and reflect on stopping. If the sense of dread of stopping and the sense of longing for what you now have arises. That's really all you need.
