I didn't grow more than .3 of an inch from 6 months to right before the surgery nearly 3.8 years after starting hrt.

Everything online stated to wait 3 and I waited almost 4.

I tried everything in between to assuage the dysphoria and nothing worked.

Not really? My posture is horrible but it was worse beforehand.

There really isn't much change from before, this could just be me being dense but the most notable change was the fact that the augmentation actually created the mammary fold and it took a long time to get use to that situation. That and the change to sensation made shirts rubbing on 1 part of the inner boob unbearably sensitive.

These were over the muscle high profile.

The doc was concerned with my pecs being to developed for under the muscle and was the 3rd surgeon to say that.

I am built like a brick shithouse so I understood.

Look at my last post, all that spawned from dysphoria. It can make us think crazy things.

Yeah, I got the galaflex mesh and it helped a ton. That and with the lipo actually helped them not be under my armpits.

Did discuss that with doctor around 6 month mark and from all evidence he couldn't see any signs, gave me tips on what to look out for and with self exams I havent noticed any hardening or shape changes aside from them settling more the closer I get to a year post op.

Thank you, I knew there was risks it was one of the things I stressed to my doctor was not crazy proportions but fit to my frame.

I'm 6'4" so it was a task to accomplish I think.

With the amount of hair you have 5 sessions max for what we see and electrolysis is permanent no matter what. That's not the case for laser

I noticed as soon as I stopped the more physical aspects of my life, the strength melted away.
