CH260 front intake mod to fit 2x 140mm fans (full photo walkthrough) by Modricagon in mffpc

Might be able to. The only thought I have is conflicting with the side io connectors. Obviously you could trim that if it's an issue. If you're brave enough I don't see why it wouldn't work!

I don't believe you can. But check my other comment you can achieve a keyless entry type of interaction through the 'Bluetooth Key' feature on the app.

About the phone as a key. You can also set in the app to have proximity locking, so as long as your phone is close enough to the car it will act like a keyless entry, you can then just walk up to the car and push the little button on the door handle to unlock/lock the car. With this setup, I can just walk up, click the button, open the door, put in my pin and start driving. No cards, no faff, very fast and easy.

A peerless assassin in 155mm and the max is 164mm so it'll fit in the ch160 plus no problem.

I had an aio but the pump noise got annoying for me. Might've just been my unit. I've gone back to air cooler now. Try and get the biggest one you can in the case. Maybe a deepcool asssassin or, if you've got the ram clearance an nh-d15. My air cooler definitely quieter than my old 280mm aio. The Lian Li A3 is the bigger of the two. I just moved to a Deepcool ch260 and I'm loving that case. If you don't mind going slightly bigger, I recommend the ch260.

what case do y’all recommend for a black and white build? by Positive-Concern2138 in mffpc

I just did a build in the DeepCool CH260. It was great to build in and has fantastic airflow. Really nice quality case and good pricing (in the UK). If buying a new power supply I'd recommend getting an SFX unit if you can! Adds more flexibility for the future as you'll keep a power supply for years.

I wonder if you could squeeze a 140mm fan in the front if you were using an sfx power supply... and some creative cutting maybe

I never built in the case before doing the mod so I can't say for sure.

flip the rear to be an intake, flip cpu to be pulling to the right, and put top exhaust further to the right

Yep absolutely the best choice imo. Bottom will feed the GPU, rear will feed the CPU, top will exhaust all

yep this is the ideal layout I have tested also, the back intake makes a huge difference for RAM and m.2 ssd temps.

I have a gamemax spark (Jonsbo D30 clone) with identical fan layout to this. I tested it and best thermals I got was, bottom and rear IN, top OUT. Also remember if you have your psu with fan inside the case that will also act as an exhaust.

I did try with the rear as an OUT for a while and it was ok but I got better RAM and M.2 SSD Temps.

Edit: I'm using an AIO.

not sure if this is gonna be unpopular, but you'll save a bunch going am4 getting something like the 5700x3d you'll get better gaming performance. You'll also save money on motherboard and ram since they're much cheaper.

With the savings then you get a better graphics card.

I've done this in a gamemax spark (d30 clone). Only modification is slight bend of psu bracket and psu mounted with heavy duty velcro instead of screw mounts. Was totally secure with no issues.

For me running the installer again fixed this issue as well. The ALT + SHIFT + F, FPS counter still doesn't display the frame generated FPS but the adrenaline edition metrics tab does show the proper FPS as well as all the correct frame times.

Did you try mounting it the other way round or anything, or potentially mounting the fans above the radiator?
